Scheduled Maintenance

We have a scheduled maintenance window to provide necessary updates to network equipment that will be performed on April 23rd, 2020. This work is scheduled to occur between 05:00 and 08:00 (CST). No action is required on your part.

During this maintenance window the most you should witness are potential brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss.

Scheduled Maintenance

As a step to assist with planning we are informing you of proactive maintenance on the Acronis Backup Systems. This maintenance will be to update the certificate chain for US5 storage cluster. This will be taking place from 07:00 AM US Eastern Time on 06/05/2020 to 11:00 AM US Eastern Time on 06/05/2020. There is no expected customer impact at this time.

We do not expect this routine maintenance to be service affecting, however if you experience any issues or witness any abnormalities, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Scheduled Maintenance

During this maintenance window the most you should witness are potential brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss.

Scheduled Maintenance

We have a scheduled maintenance window to provide necessary configuration updates to network equipment that will be performed on May 12th, 2020. This work is scheduled to occur between 05:00 and 08:00 (CST). No action is required on your part.

During this maintenance window the most you should witness is a brief period of downtime, under 5 minutes, along with increased latency and/or minor packet loss.

Scheduled Maintenance

Starting on May 27th, 2020, at 05:30 AM (EDT), the Infrastructure team will be performing routine maintenance to the battery backup systems. This maintenance window will remain open for twelve hours and will help to ensure redundant power is available and operating at peak fidelity to support 100% uptime. This will not require any action on your part.
