New Equipment Upgrades

May 18, 2026

  • We have an update for new equipment on several web and email servers.  The changeover window to apply the necessary configuration updates to put the new equipment into service will be on May 18, 2026.
  • You have been emailed new logins and passwords for your new email addresses. If you have completed all backup files and set up your new emails with the new settings, please email us to let us know.
  • This work is scheduled for 5:00 to 8:00 (CST). Ensure you have followed the emails sent to you, and back up all emails from the server. Once the change takes place, folders and emails can not be restored.
  • During this upgrade, the most you should witness is a brief period of downtime, under 5 minutes, along with increased latency until the servers propagate to the new equipment. It may take up to 24 hours to see a new email arrive, but no email will be lost.
